- depending on your inquiry we send you the largest possible images of the artworks, you are interested in, as well as any information on them;

- we use only perfect packing, which protects the artworks from damages and loss of commodity cost;

- we provide the refund and replacement of the purchased artworks.

RETURN  POLICY

We try to do everything possible for our clients to be pleased with their purchases and our service. The opportunity of possible refund or exchange of the artworks you haven't liked is made exactly for this purpose. But in any case, the process of return and exchange of the artwork is an unpleasant fact both for us and the artist, and also for you, because as all the costs for return shipping and exchange are entirely on you. Therefore we recommend you to select the artworks you want to buy precisely, requesting a maximum of information on the artworks you are interested in.

Our return policy is based on the principles of the work of online services 2checkout.com. You can make a complete refund or replace the items you dislike for any others depending on whether you paid any original shipping fees.

If you have paid any original shipping fees separately from the cost of purchased units, during 5 days you can make a refund for the items you dislike or freely exchange these items for any others, if they are available.

For making the refund:

- reject purchased artworks in 2checkout.com before the expiration of the inspection period (5 days from the date of reception of the parcel);

- inform us by e-mail about yours decision to return the purchased artworks indicating the reasons for this;

- after reception of our answer with instructions, carefully pack the artworks in their initial packing and send them back to us;

- after reception of rejected artworks by us, we check their integrity and safety and accept the sent back artworks in 2checkout.com;

- 2checkout.com returns you your initial payment excluding 2checkout fees.

For exchanging the artworks you don't like:

- reject purchased artworks in 2checkout.com before the expiration of the inspection period (5 days from the date of reception of the parcel);

- inform us by e-mail about yours decision to exchange the purchased artworks indicating those which you would like to receive instead of the one you have;

- after reception of our answer with instructions, carefully pack the artworks in their initial packing and send them back to us;

- after reception of rejected artworks by us, we check their integrity and safety and tell you the sum to be paid for the difference in prices (if any) and shipping charges of new artworks;

- transfer the funds to our account;

- we send you new items;

- you accept the exchanged artworks in 2checkout.com before the expiration of the inspection period (5 days from the date of reception of the parcel).

If you have purchased the items for the price offered by and haven't paid any original shipping fees separately from the cost of the purchased units, during 5 days you can make a refund for the items you dislike or freely exchange these items for any others, if they are available.

Please, take into account that if you refuse to pay the sum of surcharge for a difference in the price and the delivery costs of new artworks, the rejected units will not be accepted by us. It will result that your funds will not be refunded to you by 2checkout.com.

During 5 days you can make a complete refund for the items you dislike if you pay us any original shipping fees.
